Aspire Motoring will pay 100% of the costs to ensure proper fitment or exchange for a different fitment but same product to ensure proper fitment. At the time of the sale, the customer is responsible for disclosing what modifications have been done to the car, to be eligible for No cost No Hassle exchange program.
Its just one of those days, you've been waiting for a few days, you finally get your package and what do you see, a bend, a scuff. Not to worry shipping damages are covered 100% ! If you receive a damaged item via shipping, We will cover 100% of the costs to exchange your damage product for a new product ! Please contact your sales rep or our warranty department once you have notice any damages, please contact us within 72 hours after packages have been confirmed they've been delivered. Anytime passed 72 hours will not be accepted for shipping damages. Aspire motoring will ship out the new product once the damaged goods have arrived at our facility.
Received the wrong Merchandise ?
If we shipped you the wrong merchandise, we will pay 100% of the costs to get you the right product. Time Sensitive: Please contact us 48 hours within receiving the item (Delivery confirmation)
Not liking the product ?
Not liking the wheels or tires or product? You can exchange your item for another product of equal or great total value. Customer is responsible for UPS shipping charges to and from Aspire motoring. International shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping from and to aspire motoring + duties and taxes. Wheel + Tire packages, customers are responsible for mounting and balancing fees.
*There are NO RETURNS/No Exceptions on products, that have been customized to meet Customers Vehicle requirements ( Custom drilling, Paint, Powder coat, Shaving, etc )
Time Sensitive: You must contact us within 48 hours to report your dissatisfaction with the product.
If you wish to return your order, we will need to be notified of the return within 14 days of receiving your order.
If the Customer prefers a return for a refund and not an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in NEW condition (if the wheels have been mounted NO RETURNS) The customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee + all shipping charges from and to Aspire motoring. Restocking fee will also apply to shipments that have been refused by the consumer. For Wheel & Tire packages, customer will be responsible to pay a $60 dismounting fee for all wheel and tire packages.
Refunds and Credit:
Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your credit card statement. Cash orders, a check will be sent out to customers shipping address. Paypal orders, Credit will be refunded within 7-10 business days.
All products sold by Aspire motoring is sold Brand New Condition, products are covered by Manufacturer warranty. The Manufacturer Warranty Coverage ONLY exists directly with and between the customer and Manufacturer. Aspire motoring has no duty to become involved with manufacturer warranty claims, however we can assist you contact your manufacturer. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs concerning ANY manufacturers warranty or issues.
